Ali El Khatib

Ali is our go-to resident weight-lifting coach. His experience as a previous Crossfit Level 2 certified trainer has allowed him to adapt his knowledge of metabolic conditioning, strength exercise, and mobility training to teach our clients the importance of building muscle to improve posture, and how to build strength gradually to reach specific goals. 

Ali teaches the folllowing classes in our playground: HIIT, introduction to weight-lifting, olympic weight-lifting, and speed and agility. His message to you: "I want everyone to to have a chance to experience the beauty of weights, no matter their strength level or age."
